Sun Kim, Niche, and more is on the way!

Yesterday, finally, lots of Sun Kim arrived INCLUDING skinny pants that I even bought. You know they must be great if I bought a pair because really, name a time you ever saw me wear skinny pants. Ok, I do have a pair from Peter O Mahler’s line last year and when I wore them to dinner with my children they thought I had a deadly disease I was so thin. Then we realized I was wearing skinny pants and they laughed! And then they asked why I always wear wide pants! There are lots of tops and I did buy a few pairs of the wide leg pant in black. The ruched jacket, vest and tunic with pockets are really great pieces that I know you will love. I bought gray, olive and black.

Niche is here and there are some great solid shirt and jacket styles as well as pieces in checks or stripes that will mix with the Sun Kim and other pieces you own from last year. Porto has some straight skirts and so does La Petite Robe which is a great basic for any sweater. Speaking of sweaters, Planet has some new ones in a shorter style that will go with your big pocket skirts from Dress to Kill. For those of you who love Lilith and Lunn, most of it has arrived and there are some interesting spandex jackets and dresses as well as some pieces in cotton jersey. There are some pieces still coming in the next few weeks.

The picture on the right is a piece of Annemieke that is really spectacular, especially when it is all gathered in the front. I only have ONE piece as it takes Anne three days to make one of these larger necklaces/shawl. It is really fabulous in person so come and see it. I am going to see her in New York in a few weeks so I might be able to get a few more.

Next week Peter O Mahler, Kokomarina, and Kedem Sasson are scheduled to come in so lots of fabulous fashion is in store for us. The coats I spoke about have flown out the door so if you want a coat for a price you should try and come in soon.

DO NOT FORGET that Saturday, September 8th from 11- 6. the KEDEM SASSON TRUNK SHOW is here. It is ONLY that day. I have not seen the new spring line so we are all going to see it together before it goes to New York for the shows. I cannot wait because he always does some fabulous things for spring.

I am not open this weekend and am closed on Labor Day and I hope you all have great plans for the weekend. Off to see our little granddaughter.
