Where is spring already?

Seriously, snow STILL?  I am completely over this winter and I am sure you are too unless you are on spring break and reading this at the pool in which case I am really jealous.
We do have lots of fabulous spring things INCLUDING the last of the Rundholz!! We got two styles of shoes in a very limited supply.  The black sandals and flower tennis shoes. We also got some oversize sweaters and denim tops.

By the weekend we will have all the Moyuru in the store and the seersucker from Niche should also be here.  I don’t have pics because they have not arrived yet but they are both great collections.  If you need some great black pants that are all year round, Jason, the new line from Comfy has a great pair.  They look just like our old bell Blanque pants but better.

Some of you may know that our friend Leslie from Planet did not get to come to the trunk show in January because she got hit by a car.  Memo to driver: don’t text and drive and then you won’t hurt our friend Leslie crossing the street!  To make up for it she is coming here on April 30th and May 1st with all the fall line so you will be the first to see it.  We will have lots of pieces for instant gratification too!

I have a customer that sells Mary Kay and she brought me a sample of the wrinkle filler that they have and it really WORKS!  If you don’t have a Mary Kay rep, Lori will be happy to supply us.  It costs 45 dollars and it may last me a year it takes so little.  They also make the best eye makeup remover I have ever tried.  It is fantastic!  Who knew Mary Kay was so good?

On a serious note, please make sure that you love what you order from the different trunk shows because they are not returnable.  A lot of what is ordered I do not get for the store for one reason or another so I cannot take back pieces UNLESS they come damaged.  Thanks, I know you understand.

On a not so serious note we had another little grandson turn 1 so our DC grandkids are getting equal time today.  Our daughter in law Pam did a fabulous job making it a Bob’s Big Boy theme and my step daughter Emily made the most adorable slider desserts made of homemade cupcakes, brownies, food coloring and sugar.  They were so delicious, not to mention picturesque, not to mention fattening. ( Like I care!)  She should give up saving the world as a social worker and just make desserts!

Sliders or cupcakes?  You be the judge!

We are open on Saturday from 12-5, we have some great pieces at 20% off and we have Rundholz shoes.  Life is good.
