then you are NOT at Upstairs on 7th at our annual spring/summer sale! So stop reading and get down here!!

We know we are about two weeks earlier than our usual start but it is so hot already we decided to just go for it. Also we know you are off to the beaches so it is fun to take along something new especially if it is a bargain!

This time we are going full steam ahead with 40% -70% off. AND as soon as we are done sending this off to you we are going to mark our 70% rack down to literally almost free. That includes our fall pieces from Comme des Garcons! Below are just a few of the pieces on sale. And of course we are putting Rundholz on sale too!! 40% OFF PEOPLE. There is nothing better than bargain Rundholz.

All the gifts and paper goods are 20% off so now is the time to start holiday shopping. Just don’t be like me and hide it away and then forget where you put it. (I know I am not the only one, or am I?)

We still have some beautiful Monies pieces that are 50% off and lots of other selected jewelry is on sale at 20% off.

The Recycle Sale is getting closer!

You now have about five weeks to get your items ready!

-Between Monday, July 17th and July 22nd, you can bring up to 8 items of clothing, jewelry or accessories that you have bought from Upstairs on 7th over the years into the store.

-Every piece of clothing MUST be dry cleaned and in the dry cleaning bag in order to be accepted for the sale. This is a protective measure to keep everyone safe so we can continue to do sales like this.

-You will be given a form to fill out when we take in your items and we will price them for you.

-On Monday, July 24th the sale will begin and it will run through July 29th.

-If we sell your item(s) you will get 1/2 of the amount of the sale price in the form of a gift certificate to use on anything in the store. i.e. If we sell one of your items for $350 you will get a gift certificate for $175 that can be used in the store through 11/30/23 when the gift certificates will expire.

Can’t wait to start our Recycle Sale again!
