For the first time in what seems ages and ages, we FINALLY have two nice days strung together. Unless of course you are in Denver where they are supposed to get 10 inches of snow today. I am praying that none of it is coming here. I am completely over this cold weather! Of course, for those of us who live here, we are lucky because we did not spend thousands of dollars over the last few weeks during spring break to NOT see the blossoms. That seems a huge shame.
If you have been waiting to buy spring and summer clothes I would not wait too much longer because you know how avid some of my customers are, and they have already been here taking all of your sizes! So much great clothing, accessories, and jewelry is here too from every designer I carry. If you need a great black dress you can choose from Lilith, Working Overtime, Moyuru, or Ray Harris. If you want black and white color block tops you can get one from Comfy or Spirithouse. If you want colorful tops come see the Banana Blue, Blanque, Ray Harris, Elemente Clemente, Comfy, or Zuza Bart.
If you love Sun Kim there are black tops, white crinkled jackets and the wide ankle pant in the white nylon. Lots of crushed tops from Comfy too which I love, including a white one that looks like a Babette shirt only a lot less money. There is still a few pieces of Kedem Sasson left, but not many so if you want some of my most favorite pieces from him, don’t wait too much longer. I have lots of fabulous raincoats from Mycra Pac and Elemente Clemente that are water repellent and some great jackets from Moyuru. I have some dressy pants in lined chiffon from Kokomarina that you can put all of your Ray Harris tops with. They come in black and in white.
There are so many gorgeous scarves and handbags in lots of bright and mutes colors. AND a TON of great jewelry. Come soon so you get the best selection.
MORE SHOW NEWS!! Annemieke Broenink WILL BE HERE MAY 16th for ONE DAY ONLY! Annemieke is the designer of the latex jewelry from Amsterdam and if you do not own one of her necklaces, this would be the time to get one. It is her first stop of her American tour so we get first dibs on all the new colors, the fancy more complicated pieces, AND all the new designs! Also, she is a total doll so if you have not met her, come over as she is the nicest person ever.
I am still waiting to see when Ray Harris is coming. It looks like sometime in early May and as soon as I know, you will know.
Everyone see Mad Men last night? Let me just say without spoiling anything in case you had to tape it, do not become friends with Don Draper. Not a good friend. Just saying.
One last thing: this Saturday is the 2nd of the month so Upstairs on 7th and Planet will be open 12-5.
