Working Overtime, who had the best dresses for summer, sent me the fall samples today and I can keep them until late afternoon on Wednesday so if anyone wants to come and see the new styles, please stop in. Any pieces you order will be here in August if you need them for a special occasion. There are some tops and skirts that are lace which was the featured trend in Bill Cunningham’s column in the New York Times yesterday.
More Porto should be in tomorrow and I think they are the dresses I bought. I never know what order they are going to send items in. I still have a little bit of Comfy and Sun Kim so you haven’t missed this shipment completely.
The SALE is in full swing and everything is marked down 25%. I marked some jewelry down too and some scarves and bags so come in so that you get the best selection.
Is anyone else as addicted to Love it or List It as I am? I LOVE that show. Keep in mind that the people pay no money for labor so that is why they get it done for so little but still it is so fun to see how they transform these houses into such incredible spaces. It is always the same though: before bedrooms with unmade beds and clothes everywhere, shoes and coats all over the front of the house and bad kitchens that are not open. And everyone has termites, asbestos and bad roofs BUT it is still so fun to watch!
We are closed on Thursday for the holiday but we will be here on Friday so if you are off, it is a good time to come!
