It’s summer! And to start our summer off just right I am putting LOTS of jewelry and some great clothes ON SALE at 30% OFF! But not for long. (Don’t get too excited because Annemieke’s pieces are NOT on sale) Get here between now, and by that I mean, as you are reading this, and 5:00on Saturday because just like CInderella’s carriage everything will be back to original on Tuesday when we re-open.
I got an email from Annemieke and she is collaborating with Ray Harris on a new collection of clothes. We will be the first to have them when Annemieke and Ray come to U7 in September. Ray thought it was too soon for him to come since he was here in February but I have assured him by then we will need a Ray fix. Especially if you have a special occasion he can make something custom for you. All of the remaining special orders from his last show are in process and will be here by the second week of June if not sooner. I will call or email you as soon as they get here.

This is going to be a great collaboration! And yes, I think we could get that jacket or vest in different colors because it is made with latex and we know she has lots of colors.
There are still tees from Comfy in short and long sleeve so if you didn’t get a chance to come in this week come soon as we are running out of sizes already. And there are some great everyday dresses and tunics from Jason and Sun Kim.
Don’t forget to mark your calendar for the Dress to Kill trunk show with DTK designer Jane Mohr. She will be here on Saturday, June 13th and Monday, June 15th with a ton of pieces. AND she will make you special ones if you like one style but with a different fabric. She is great in that way. You will love meeting her. It has taken me EIGHT YEARS to get her to come so don’t miss the chance to meet her because in another eight years I could be retired!!
If you have time this weekend go see the movie IRIS, the documentary about Iris Apfel. It is really interesting and I have to say that she has amazing style. I don’t envy her shopping every day of her life though. Also, if you have not seen Woman in Gold, it is really good. If anyone has seen or goes to see the Dior or YSLaurent movie let me know how they are.
Leave it to my daughter Katy to find the all time greatest concealer ever! It is by Stowaway, a new cosmetic company. Go online to see the products but definitely get the concealer. Trust me. You all think I have great skin but I don’t. Thank goodness God invented concealer and powder. Or maybe that was Estee Lauder!
