Katy wins for buying the most gorgeous skirt we have ever had in the store. It is a piece of art for sure. It looks good with a really dressy sequin top or this white shirt or a sweater and boots. I would wear it with black tennis shoes too. (I just heard half of you say, “of course she would” inside your heads.)

You know me, I would turn it inside out and wear it on the all black side because the lash part of the fabric doesn’t itch.
