First things first! Thanks to all who joined our Planet Trunk Show. It was so much fun to see all of you and we’ve heard from lots of you about how much you enjoyed seeing each other. We apologize for those who missed it and had to see the video rather than the live version. We had some technical difficulties and the speaker view was mistakenly turned off. It wasn’t the most optimal way to see the collection and we thank you for being patient with our three person team of IT specialists (not!) The sample collection has been sent back to Planet, but we can still take orders and if you would like to see the video or if you have seen it and would like additional pictures, please let us know.

Speaking of getting together, is anyone interested in a Zoom happy hour? We could eat, drink and be merry together and pretend it’s the olden days! Let us know. We’re getting more antsy by the day to see you and be social!
This week we’re excited to share Dress to Kill’s Spring 2021 Collection virtually with you. If you would like to see the linesheets with photos of the entire collection and the price list, please email U7wardrobe@gmail.com and we will send them to you so that you can look at your leisure (we’ve included the first few pages below to whet your appetite).
Please also send your DTK orders and questions to U7wardrobe@gmail.com by Friday January 22nd. For those of you waiting for your pieces from the last DTK trunk show, they are in the air and we should have them as soon as UPS starts delivering again. It seems a few streets are closed in DC! Who knew? Most of the Planet special orders are on their way as well but again, UPS can’t deliver until the end of the week.
Let’s talk about the Inauguration. If you are in DC you know how tricky it is to get around the city. We had one client call last Monday, before we realized that the streets were closed, to tell us that it took her an hour NOT to get to our store. We don’t want that to happen to you, so if you’d like to come to the store today or Tuesday just make sure to check the WMATA and street closures or call us so we can help you figure out the best way to get to us. We will be closed on Wednesday (our building is closed to be used for hospitality for the secret service every Inauguration Day,) and back open 11-5 on Thursday and Friday and by appointment on Saturday.
Ricki may try to say hi today on Facebook Live at 3:00 pm but if she isn’t able to, we promise we’ll be back next Monday!
We still have lots of pieces on sale at 40-70% off as we make room for spring to arrive. Lots of you are already asking about our first Rundholz delivery. We were notified that it will probably come the second week in February but we promise to let you know as soon as we know for sure. Trust us, we are just as excited as you are when Rundholz arrives.
We are expecting more of the Batik necklaces from Annemieke this week, including all of your special orders. They are definitely a hit and both of us have loved wearing them. Ricki keeps adding to the order for herself and if you haven’t seen her on Facebook Live lately, you may not have realized that she has upped her Annemieke game from her usual two necklaces at a time to three of four. It looks beautiful!
Our sweet Ray Harris is navigating the lockdown in London with his usual grace, but boy is it challenging. With his staff out, he is making everything himself start to finish, but still getting orders done and to us. Even the mail is a problem, so we suggested carrier pigeon as an alternative. If you have special orders for Ray, we are still able to take them and we are planning the next Ray trunk show in the next few weeks or so.
