Upstairs on 7th: Rachel Comey, UCF and Labo Art Arrive!

Hi Everyone!

Happy Wednesday!

We watch for the delivery trucks every day and they have really delivered this week!

Let’s get right to it, because we have to get back to tagging, steaming, and hanging. You know, the glamorous part of our jobs.

We received some really nicel Rachel Comey pieces. These will look great with denim, black, white, really anything you have in your wardrobe that needs a little pick me up.

Our UCF order also arrived and it is such an interesting line, but in the most simple way. While most of the line is black it is still fresh for spring. The textures are great and the finishing is really impeccable. This is our second season with them and we already have some very dedicated UCF fans, so if you see something you must have, let us know.

We also received our Labo Art order for spring. Their jersey doesn’t disappoint! It is SO soft. We decided to add additional sizes to some of our offerings this season so that more of you could have Labo in your closets! We’ll be carrying sizes 0.1,2 and 3 going forward. We have their t-shirts in white, navy, navy/black stripe and black/grey stripes this season. We tried to add additional quantities to our order after we were so successful with Labo in the fall, but this line is cut to order so we only have one of each size, so again, if you see it, love it and have to have it, you had best get here or call! Here are two of their dresses that are just yelling to be worn with sandals.

Sale is starting to dwindle and the season that no one saw because of the pandemic is getting lighter and lighter (YAY!) so if you would like to add a few more bargains to your closet, now is the time.

We’re both watching Stanley Tucci’s show on CNN and Katy has made the zucchini pasta from Ischia no less than four times (minus the frying)! Have you all watched it? Doesn’t it make you happy and hungry?!

Speaking of hungry, Katy is so excited that Foxtrot Market has opened in Georgetown (and delivers!) It’s a little taste of Chicago in D.C. and it is a really nice company to support should you live nearby or for delivery (beer and wine at your doorstep is always a good thing).

Ricki finished Offspring (she loved it) and needs a new series if anyone has suggestions.

Katy wants to know when Grey’s Anatomy will come back and if Meredith is going to make it through Covid.
