Upstairs on 7th: Happy New Year, our Speaker Series is back & Planet!

We made it! 2022 is in the books and 2023 has been drama free in Washington so far. Hasn’t it? Isn’t it always?

Well, it’s drama free in the store. We have lots of news and we are eagerly anticipating spring merchandise to go with this spring weather we’re having. It’s January, right?

In fact, our first spring shipment arrived this morning! We have lots of new Planet tees and sweaters in their fabulous and super soft Peruvian cotton. All the new colors and styles are here and you can wear them now! Here are a few of our favorites:

Off the Rack: Conversations at Upstairs on 7th is back!

We have missed hosting our speaker series so much. We often say it’s the thing that we miss the most from the pre-pandemic days. Since the beginning of the year is about reflection and since we have all been through a few things since we were all last together nearly three years ago (!) we thought the perfect first guest would be our friend, The Reverend Dana Colley Corsello, the Canon Vicar of the National Cathedral. We are going to converse about many things, including shopping! One of the most uplifting woman we have ever met Reverend Dana is bound to be one of our most interesting guests so far.

The first Off the Rack: Conversations at Upstairs on 7th will be on Tuesday January 24th at 7pm.

We will serve a light dinner starting at 5:3pm in the store and then walk across the hall to our new conference center that the building so kindly built us this year. This way we can all spread out which feels a little bit better.

If you would like a new or a few Reina Lee tee shirts for spring, please let us know as soon as possible and we will add them to our order.

The color chart is below and as a reminder it is a photocopy so it might be a slight difference in shade but usually it is on the brighter side.

They come in long and short sleeves so please tell us which you’d like.

The short sleeve tees are $60 and the long sleeve tees are $70. They come in XS to XL.

We are about to order some new necklaces from Annemieke and if anyone wants a particular color let us know. We could have them as early as next week if we get the order done. Here is just one of the beautiful new ones we are getting.
