| So many of you have asked about our Recycle Sale but like all things that stopped in 2020 we had to stop doing it. Now we feel confident that it is safe to do it once again.
We always did it in July and this year is no different. Here is how it works: on Monday, July 24th you can start bringing up to 8 items of clothing, jewelry or accessories that you have bought from Upstairs on 7th over the years into the store. You will be given a form to fill out and we will price the items for you. On Monday, July 31st the sale will begin and run through August 5th.
If you sell something you will get 1/2 of the amount in the form of a gift certificate to use on anything in the store and we get the other half. So for example if you sell something for $350 you get a store credit for 175 that can be used for the rest of the year when it will expire. There is only one new rule and that is this: every piece of clothing MUST be dry cleaned and in the bag in order to be in the sale. We want everyone to stay safe and that annoying little virus is still just around the corner.
It is still awhile off but we wanted to let those of you who have asked that we are going to do it. Step by step getting back to 2019. Oh how we miss the good old days. |
