I am in New York buying summer for NEXT YEAR and I can tell you it is not easy to get into that mindset with fall in the air. However, there are some beautiful clothes and none more beautiful that Ray Harris’. Really, everyone was talking about how beautiful his new items are, this flawy fabric that comes in lots of styles and color ways: black and white, brown/black, navy/black, red/black or gray and black. Ray did a whole series of color block with dots too. If you want something really really special, you do not want to miss his show. Really gorgeous pieces. He is also bringing lots of scarves, organzas and he has some new styles in both his gorgeous cotton and his crinkled fabric too. We will stay Wednesday and Thursday night as late as we need to and of course there will be lots of champagne. If you have already bought some of his pieces and have never met him, please stop by as he is the nicest man ever!
Lilith looked great and so did Kedem Sasson. Moyuru and Spirithouse were also interesting and I bought some new designs from Angela Caputi and a new line of jewelry from a designer from London that is amazing. I am so tired I cannot remember his name, I will have a few samples of these amazing necklaces at the Ray Harris show. Check my site for details.
