Don’t worry, I am working on the Oscar fashion review but it takes a little while to upload all the pictures so by\u00a0tomorrow<\/span><\/span>\u00a0or\u00a0Wednesday<\/span><\/span>\u00a0I promise to send it out. \u00a0I just wonder what all of you thought of the telecast because I have to say that not only did I think it was the worst show they ever produced, I literally fell asleep for a few minutes and never saw the best supporting actress category! \u00a0That has NEVER happened. \u00a0But more on that later.<\/div>\n

What I want to tell you today is first of all, thanks to everyone who came to the Ray Harris show. \u00a0It was the best one yet and that is saying a lot because last year he was our top designer. His line has never been better. It was smaller than usual because Ray said he got sick. \u00a0I told him to get sick more often! \u00a0And when I say smaller I mean it was 145 pieces instead of 175 pieces so there was lots to choose from. \u00a0It is the first time that we ever had a piece that so many people wanted and that was the cotton, tulle and pin jacket both in the short and the medium length. I bought some for the store but if you want one let me know. It is really spectacular and everyone wanted to take the sample including ME!<\/div>\n

This skirt was amazing too. \u00a0I love this pattern. \u00a0His fleece shawl, long vest, and short jacket were also fantastic. They come in gray, black, and taupe. \u00a0I bought those for the store. \u00a0As soon as I get pictures of them I will send them along. We were so busy I didn’t have time to take any. \u00a0Oh, and the neoprene jackets and coat were great as well.<\/div>\n

While the Ray show was going on lots of Comfy, Ivan Grundahl, and Alembika came in. \u00a0We did get a new tee shape from Comfy and some long sleeve black and white tees in the usual fabric. \u00a0A lot of them are already gone so come in soon if you need them. \u00a0We bought lots of dresses from Comfy in blue and red jersey. I bought color people! \u00a0The $155 mesh dress is also here that we had in black last season and that we have in navy this one.<\/div>\n

Alembika is a line I have never bought before but the stores that are like mine are always telling me how much their customers love it so you can see for yourselves. It is all here. Pinstripe pants and tops, sweaters and vests.<\/div>\n

Last week I was in New York buying for fall. \u00a0It was one of those seasons that looked so good it was hard to pare the lines down. \u00a0I will give you a full report AFTER I do the Oscar email but here is some GREAT NEWS: Kedem Sasson is BACK! \u00a0His line was back to being the interesting pieces we fans are used to, \u00a0and he was there. \u00a0So we are back to having a trunk show for the line on\u00a0Friday, March 11th<\/span><\/span>\u00a0from 11-6. \u00a0There are three amazing coats and probably ten pieces that I want for my own closet. \u00a0Here we are:<\/div>\n
