It is hard to believe that this is our last week at 555 12th Street.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
We hope you will all come in for one more glass of champagne and one more chance to get lots of summer items on sale before we move across the street. \u00a0To that end we are going to stay open until 7 today through\u00a0Thursday<\/span><\/span>\u00a0night so you can stop in after work for a final goodbye to our little store. \u00a0If you have items here on special order come over as you never know where things go when you move!<\/div>\n

We are open all this week until 7 and\u00a0Friday<\/span><\/span>\u00a0until\u00a06:00<\/span><\/span>.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
We have drastically reduced everything so there are bargains to be had and you might even be able to talk me into lowering them more faced with the prospect of having to move it all!! \u00a0Then we are going to close\u00a0Friday<\/span><\/span>\u00a0at\u00a06:00<\/span><\/span>\u00a0and transfer everything so we can open at\u00a011:00<\/span><\/span>\u00a0on\u00a0Monday, August 1st<\/span><\/span>. \u00a0We WILL be closed\u00a0this Saturday<\/span><\/span>.<\/strong><\/div>\n

We cannot WAIT for you to see the new store. \u00a0It is sophisticated with clean simple lines like we have come to appreciate so our interesting clothing, accessories and jewelry look their best.<\/div>\n

Our new address is 1299 Pennsylvania Avenue but we are at the 12th and E Street corner entrance. \u00a0If you see the Au Bon Pain on the corner, go into the door to the left of it and there we will be right in the center of the lobby on the left. \u00a0You won’t be able to miss us.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Don’t forget that\u00a0Wednesday the 3rd<\/span><\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0Thursday the 4th of August<\/span><\/span>is the Planet Trunk show. \u00a0Leslie is coming and it will be our first show in our new space. \u00a0It is a great line this season and we have already sold out of some pieces so we re ordered. \u00a0If you like the ruched matte jersey leggings you will LOVE the faux leather ones. \u00a0They are so cool and only $210. They REALLY look real. \u00a0This is one of the items we have sold out of twice already!! There are lots of cool jackets that also go with them in both faux leather and the terry cloth.<\/div>\n

Ivan Grundahl has started their deliveries and the line IS going to continue with Ivan’s sister and son who were part of his team. \u00a0The last collection he did with them was done at the time of his untimely death so I will see the spring collection in September at market. \u00a0Sad. But now if you get a piece you have a collector’s item! We got in some of his jersey dresses and a few sweaters. There are no pictures yet but they are quite nice.<\/div>\n

This Anarkh vest is made in a great all year fabric and the culotte is long so it looks like a skirt. We also have this fabric in a jacket.<\/div>\n

Oh, I forgot to tell you. There is a sweater line that I am DYING for you to see and the designer is coming to the store in early September. I will let you know the exact date as soon as I know. \u00a0I am so excited because she is a doll and her sweaters are amazing and she is so passionate about her work that it makes you feel good to help promote her. \u00a0Women helping women. \u00a0Here is one of the New Form Perspective pieces. \u00a0They are all convertible and come with a video!<\/div>\n

Ray Harris is coming on\u00a0September 22-24th<\/span><\/span>\u00a0so mark that down. \u00a0We are working on our other shows to get the dates so stay tuned!<\/div>\n
