The first thing I noticed when I came in today after being away visiting the grandchildren was how fabulous our accessories look. \u00a0If you want to update your wardrobe I have to say with the scarves from Epice, Ray Harris, and Abstract and the gorgeous jewelry from Maria Calderara, Annemieke, Monies, Angela Caputi, and Jianhui, and with great handbags from OAD and all the rest of our fabulous accessory lines, you can make any outfit look new again. If you have not been in the shop lately now is the time to come because we have the most of what we are going to have for spring and summer. \u00a0Any one of the pieces would make a great gift for Mother’s Day too. \u00a0Here are a few pictures of just some of the great pieces we have.<\/div>\n

If our accessories are not enough to come in then Lady E will be here on the 4th and 5th of May<\/span><\/span> for a show like no other. \u00a0She has the real deal and thousands of pieces from a massive vintage collection from Carole Tanenbaum. \u00a0Featuring only the highest quality treasures, the collection includes designers, limited edition, and one-of-a-kind pieces. Jewelry by\u00a0Chanel, Schiapparelli, Hobe, and Miriam Haskell are some of the highlights.\u00a0She\u00a0also has a vast collection of Bakelite, resin, Scottish and Czech items. In addition to\u00a0vintage jewelry, the collection also includes compacts, purses, and other objects.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\nEllen is also bringing her loungewear and eyeglass lines for you to see so don’t miss this show. \u00a0It is sure to be one of our best.<\/div>\n

\nWe got in our last group of Spirithouse for the spring and if you love her pants and I know a lot of you do, we have a great pair of grey pants that you will love as well as a dress and a top in white with a pinstripe in black and a little bit of silver glitter. \u00a0You know we cannot have enough glitter in our lives!<\/div>\n

This week in our Planet corner is the round neck swiss cheese sweater in white as shown here or black. \u00a0It looks good with a tank under it in just about any color so you can change the look of it or wear it conservatively with the same color underneath. \u00a0Or a long sleeve tee so that no holes really show. We like it because you can do a lot with it. \u00a0It looks good over a dress too.<\/div>\n

If you don’t live in the city, make plans for lunch, come shop with us and go to the Renwick to see the Burning Man exhibit. \u00a0It would be a great way to enjoy the day with friends. \u00a0Also, if you ever want to go yourself or take a group of people to the Newseum we have 5 dollar off coupons and we have hundreds of them so we are happy to supply you with those. \u00a0We gave out 75 to a group here for a wedding and they really enjoyed it. \u00a0It is a fantastic museum with the best view of the Capitol and the Mall in the city.<\/div>\n
